Freight and shipping costs
We ship to all countries of the world. International shipments are shipped through the Danish national postal service and their international partners, as parcels with Track'n'Trace which will enable you to follow the delivery progress. Though the Danish postal service is not the fastest, we haven't yet had any problems with them and all shipments have arrived in good condition so far.

Shipping prices can be seen during the checkout process and in the basket and depends on weight and destination country.

Delivery time
Usual delivery time on products in stock is 1 - 3 weekdays after the order has been placed - this is delivery to the shipping company. Delivery to your door varies, depending on destination country and whether or not the package is held in customs for inspection.

Orders containing products which are not in stock have a delivery time between 21-28 days, for products coming from EU distributors/manufacturers. For products coming outside of EU, the delivery time is usually 28-40 work days.
