Payment and security

Payments by credit card is done through QuickPay who communicates through a secure line to NETS. CoolBits.dk does not have any contact with your credit card details. The only info sent to our system is an accept/decline signal, telling us if the payment reservation went through or not.

Additional security - 3D Secure
For payments with certain credit cards on purchases above DKK 200,- you have to verify your ownership of the credit card by entering your 3D Secure password when paying. If you have not yet created a password for your card, you will be guided through a process to create one. All this is completely secure and normal, and if you have any doubts you can always contact your card issuer for more information about 3D Secure.

Payment and fees
Bank transfer: We charge DKK 30,- which the bank also charges us for the transfer. Make sure that you opt for paying the transfer charges on your side. If you opt for us to pay your domestic transfer charges, the transfer will not be considered complete. Bank details can be found on this page.

Some payment and credit card payments are charged a fee which you will be able to see when you check out your purchase.

Currency and prices
We only accept payment in DKK (danish krones).
